Each year, Three Rivers typically draws more than 60,000 people to downtown Covington to shop the work of more than 200 talented artists from all over the United States, including many from the Greater New Orleans region. One of the Northshore’s largest annual events, the festival takes place on Columbia Street in the city’s Cultural Arts District. The showcased artwork ranges from painting to metalwork and everything in between.
