1. Your CBA flag will be installed at the appropriate height and place according to the Covington Historic Commission’s guidelines.
2. This membership flag is the property of the CBA. If a business discontinues its membership, the flag must be returned to the Board of Directors.
3. If you own your building, please sign the form as accepting the terms of the flag display.

If you do not own the building where your business is located, the CBA and the city will require a signature from your landlord allowing the flag to be hung in accordance with the Historic Commission’s guidelines (no permanent holes in bricks; mortar and wood are allowed.)
